Our head office is open 9-5pm, Monday – Friday for all customer service calls.

If you're experiencing difficulties placing an order over the phone, please email us with your details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

All our products are posted using Royal Mail’s 1^st class service, if a signed for service is required this can be offered for an additional charge.

We offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including Visa and MasterCard, Maestro or American Express.

We hope that you're pleased with any purchase you've made or service you've received from ACE and that you'll never have reason to query, but if there's something you're not happy with please contact the clinical coordinator at our head office.
