Our friendly team of dedicated staff collectively deliver our patient-centric approach to foot health provision.
Our clinicians include experienced HCPC registered Podiatrists specialising in either general podiatry or musculoskeletal services.
Our award-winning customer experience is supported by Clinical Co-ordinators and Administrators.
Our in-house orthotic manufacturing is undertaken by skilled Orthotic Technicians and all prescribed insoles are fitted by trained Insole Technicians to ensure optimum fit and comfort.
Orthotic manufacture
We have been manufacturing functional foot orthoses since 2001 and are proud members of the Made in Britain association. Our in-house manufacturing capability enables us to design and fabricate prescription insoles for our clinics whilst patients wait.
In partnership with LutraCAD, we operate a fully digital workflow from scanning and CAD-based design through to manufacture, using specialist 3D printers and MDR-compliant filaments. Our Insolace® 3D-Print Farm produces bespoke EVA-like flexible insoles, polypropylene-like devices, and MJF / PA12 rigid shell orthoses. We also offer traditional milled EVA, vacuum-formed thermoplastic and carbon shells.
We have manufactured insoles for global brands, such as Emirates, Ministry of Defence, NHS, Under Armour (EU), The Premier League, Welsh Rugby Union, and healthcare professionals across the UK and Ireland.
